HOW TO MEASURE ELASTIC STRETCH BRACELET
1. Measure your wrist with a flexible tape measurements or a strip of paper on where you would normally wear the bracelet.
2. If you are using a plain strip of paper, mark your size with a pen or pencil then use a ruler to measure the length. That would be your wrist size.
3. Our elastic stretch bracelets have 2 sizes, S (14cm - 15cm) and M (16cm - 17cm). If your measurements lies in between, choose the bigger size.

HOW TO DETERMINE YOUR RING SIZE
1. Measure your finger with a strip of paper or string.
2. Wrap the paper or string around the base of the intended finger, and then mark where the paper overlaps.
3. The length of the paper measured is the circumference of your finger.
4. If you have a ring that already fits your finger well, you can use a ruler to measure the inside diameter of this ring.
5. Measure straight across the inside of the ring from edge to edge with a ruler to know your ring diameter.
