We use 925 Sterling Silver and Gemstones for all of our pieces. We also offer gold plated silvers. Our silvers are from Bali, traditionally made by our Bali craftsmen, while our gemstones come from all around the world.

JEWELRY CARE
It is best to put your jewelry in an air-tight ziploc bag given when not in use to prevent it from oxidizing. Do not expose your jewelry to water. We advise for your jewelry to be worn after using lotions and perfumes to minimize contact. Roll your elastic stretch bracelet over your wrist to wear it. If the gold plating in our piece has faded, we can have it replated. Please contact us for more information.
PAYMENT METHOD
You may pay via bank transfer (BCA and Mandiri). To secure your purchase, you will be given 24 hours to complete the payment. You will receive an order confirmation email after you check out your cart. You also can check your order status in the email. Your purchase will take 1 to 3 business days to process.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We do not accept returns and refunds. However we accept exchanges until 3 days after the piece is received. The piece must be in brand new condition, have no signs of being worn or used and must include its original packaging. When exchanging an item, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs. We do not accept exchanges for sale items.
